White Oak
Bluffs Estates
Tennessee
Along
hill top in central Tennessee you will find beautiful
views, fresh air, friendly neighbors and the sound of
mountain springs. Just around the corner from Natchez
Trace Parkway and up the hill from Scenic Highway 412
you will discover quality living in White Oak Bluffs
Estates.
Nestled between the cities of Columbia and Hohenwald
Tennessee, White Oak Bluffs
Estates is situated right in
the main growth path of the two counties. You will find
majestic White Oaks, Cedar, colorful Dogwoods trees,
three mountain fresh springs and fantastic hill top
views. Sit on your porch while viewing deer, foxes,
squirrels, hawks, wild turkeys and other wildlife
throughout White Oak Bluffs. Watch the trees turn color
to brilliant orange, red, and yellow during the fall.
This is a planned development,
no association or association fees, a couple minutes from
scenic highway 412 and 20 minutes from the cities of
Columbia (east),
Lawrenceburg (south) and Hohenwald (west) Tennessee. White
Oaks Bluffs consists of 11 parcels
to
give you the best scenic views and property ownership
enjoyment. You will have panoramic
views of hills, small valleys and tall trees from your own property. This area
is zoned residential with many fine homes already build
in the area. White Oak Bluffs Estates gives you the best
of a beautiful setting very close to town yet far enough
away to give you a relaxing place to call home. Modest
building restrictions will ensure your property value
and your life styles.
This is a developed growing area with Homes in the $200k
to $350k range just down the same street. Here are two of the
many quality neighbors:

What’s
to do in the area?
Take scenic highway 412 east to the thriving city of
Columbia with its shopping malls, hospital, college and
all forms of recreation. Here
you will find all the facilities and opportunities of a
mid size growing Tennessee City that has not lost its
small town charm.
Just 20 minutes
west you will
find the growing town of Hohenwald with its small town
charm and extremely popular Oktoberfest during the
second weekend of October (miles and
miles of craft booths and food), Christmas and Thanksgivings displays,
golf course, restaurants and many activities of a small
active growing town.
Just around the corner explore
Natchez Trace Parkway with its old forests, clean picnic
areas, hiking trails, Meriwether Lewis cabin (Lewis of
the Lewis and Clark expedition), waterfalls, stream and
abundant wildlife. The Trace goes from Nashville all the
way down to Mississippi. The Trace is the seventh (7th)
most visited park in the United States. One of my
favorite times to explore this area is during the fall
with its brilliant colors or view the fall from your own
home.
Other areas of interest are the
Buffalo River (fish and canoe), Devils Blackbone State
Natural area, Daniel Boone State
Park, Blackburn farmstead, Amish county
bakery/furniture, and Keg
winery, Thousand Trails Campground with its lakes and
trails, Napier Lake and much, much more. Plus, Nashville
is just over a scenic 1 hour away.
